Journal Club Diagnostic Veterinary Pathology

Aim and Content:

The Journal Club aims at training the participants' skills in reading and understanding current publications in the field of diagnostic veterinary pathology. It also aims at improving writing skills for their own publications. An important aim is to also increase awareness of articles relevant for the examination of the European College of Veterinary Pathology. Memorizing the content of presented papers is highly desirable.

Prework Studies / Literature:

Prerequisite: Degree in Veterinary Medicine
Strongly suggested: Reading of current contents of diagnostically relevant journals
(Vet Pathol, J Comp Pathol etc.)

Evaluation of Achievement:

1. Each participant will prepare and present articles on a rotation basis
2. Discussion throughout the seminar

German language course

Aim and Content:

German language course “basic level”. Previous knowledge about the German language is not necessary. The course  covers conversation, writing and reading. Course books will be provided by the ZSN.
